 RCC
has written a Charter of Rights in the Church to help defend members of
the Church who have been repressed by the "prophets of doom." ARCC
calls all the People of God to spread the light of Christ and his good
news. "You are the world's light--a city on a hill, glowing in the
night for all to see. Don't hide your light Let it shine for
all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise
your heavenly Father" (Mt.5:14). I am relaying this call to you,
the members of ARCC, to help spread the light by spreading ARCC Light.
Just as we pass the light
of the Easter Vigil candle from one to others, until the whole church is
lit, I am asking you to spread ARCC Light to others. Pass
this copy to a friend and talk about it.
