John and his whole family are active in the campaign to close the School
of the Americas at Ft. Benning. He comes to ARCC with enthusiasm
for the renewal of church governance and the realization of the vision
of the Second Vatican Council.

this appointment, ARCC moves into new territory. In its twenty-year
history, a working board of directors has governed the organization.
The executive committee handled the day to day affairs with the assistance
of our capable Administrative Assistant Kathy Cooper in Delran. Headquarters
will now move to Southampton, Massachusetts and the new coordinator will
stay connected to the executive committee, other board members, and Kathy
via modem and fax machine. We hope that our members will be pleasantly
surprised with ARCC's new face, our increasing presence in the life of
the Church and our anticipated successes as we all work to realize the
dreams of Vatican II. Join us in welcoming John Sheehan. q
